The Vanilla Café is now open at the historic Hamilton Estate — a bright Caribbean café serving freshly baked vanilla pastries, light bites, iced drinks, and local flavours.
Each recipe is inspired by our farm and crafted to showcase the world’s favourite flavour: real vanilla.
