    We were delighted to host Nevis Premier, Mark Brantley, on December 9th for a tour of the newly opened Vanilla Café and our restored estate building. The Premier also visited the Hamilton Estate Sugar Mill and explored the recently installed self-guided interpretive panels that bring this historic building to life for visitors.

    The Vanilla Café opened on December 8th, 2025. Hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

    Whether you’re joining us for a Vanilla Paradise or Hamilton Mill tour or simply looking for a peaceful spot to unwind, the Vanilla Café is the perfect place to relax. Enjoy our shady terrace overlooking the Caribbean Sea and the historic Hamilton Mill, savour a delicious vanilla-inspired treat, and browse a selection of local crafts and vanilla products available for purchase.

    New Tour + New Days Added

    Starting 1st December, we are adding extra tour days! Vanilla Tours will now run every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

    The Hamilton Estate Sugar Mill Tours, which many of you have discovered informally at the end of the vanilla tour, will now become a regular part of our schedule!

    Gina Empson, Founder of Vanilla Paradise Nevis, welcomed Ms Andia Ravarière, the new CEO of the Nevis Tourism Authority, and her team, to the farm as part of a stakeholder visit tour during her first month in office.     Vanilla Paradise was featured in the Nevis Tourism Authority’s World Tourism Day campaign, celebrating the island’s commitment to sustainability. With the Hon. Premier Mark Brantley affirming that “Everything that we do we are ensuring is sustainable,” the campaign showcased how Nevis is uniting conservation, renewable energy, and eco-friendly farming.

    We’re excited to announce that work has begun on the future Vanilla Café at Hamilton Estate, adjacent to Vanilla Paradise Nevis—the island’s first vanilla farm. Set within the restored ruins of the former mill manager’s house, the café will offer visitors the chance to taste the world’s favourite spice in an iconic historic setting. Opening in late 2025, we look forward to welcoming guests from near and far. See more in our Journal.

    Gina Empson, Vanilla Paradise Nevis’ Founder, attended the 1st Florida Vanilla Symposium in Tampa, Florida, on April 12th to hear how our favourite spice is being cultivated in this region. The conference was hosted by the American Vanilla Association.

    Vanilla Paradise Nevis welcomed Her Excellency Rita Hämmerli-Weschke, the Swiss Ambassador to St. Kitts and Nevis, for a tour of the farm. The visit was part of the Ambassador's official tour of the Federation of St Kitts and Nevis, which falls under her diplomatic responsibilities. It was an opportunity to showcase our vanilla cultivation and discuss our role in the local agricultural landscape.
